Integrate an individual's inherent attributes and strengths with optimum career pursuits. Through four interactive steps, the 4-Step Teaching/Mentoring Guide will help you to facilitate a self-discovery process of assessment, goal setting, planning and implementation centered on your student, client or mentee's life objectives. The program is based on the principle that by discovering ones purpose in life, you improve the integration of who they are with what they choose to do with their life going forward. As an experiential coaching/mentoring technique, you will be helping individuals to hone in on what is important to them in life in a way where they get it, want it and go for it.

Under the direction of an experienced coach, counselor or mentor, the 4-Step process is suitable for individuals between the ages of 10 to 100 and may be applied in a classroom setting with a group or 1-on-1 as a counseling or community-based mentoring program. The 4-step process is also not dependent upon learning capacity, socioemotional condition, educational background or physical ability. Student, mentee or client workbooks may be purchased separately.
