Learn How to Succeed at Self-Employment

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Integrate who you are with what you want to get more and better results faster. Through 8 interactive Sessions, action items and collaborative business development techniques, this program will move your business ideas from "maybe" to "reality" with measurable and quantifiable outcomes. The program is based on the principle that knowing who you are and where you want to go first, provides the focus and drive for getting there faster and with more personal satisfaction.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

To facilitate a process of self-assessment, goal-setting, planning and implementation in ways that build upon unique individual strengths, passions and objectives. Through this process, business development goals become clearer, quantifiable and measurable - in essence, real.

ROLES & SUCCESS DRIVERS

Facilitator's Role
Sessions are confidential and include prepared agendas, note-taking and follow-on reports to reinforce client's stated goals, track progress areas, introduce assignments and facilitate ongoing learning, skill-development and knowledge-building.

Client's Role
Sessions include interactive exercises, dialogue and follow-on assignments that are specific to individual interests and goals. Clients are expected to read assigned materials, perform assigned exercises, take notes and actively engage in purposeful dialogue.

AGREEMENT, FEES & TERMS

The total program investment is $1,800.00, which includes 8 - 1 hour Sessions with detailed follow-on Session reports that highlight each Session's discussion topics, introduce follow-on action items and track progress over time. A 1-page Letter of Agreement is prepared and signed by both parties prior to the first Session along with a 50% deposit. The program balance is due by the close of the second Session. Sessions are held at the Knowledge Institute unless special arrangements are made for meeting elsewhere. A no-cost, 30-minute initial consultation is available upon request.

She is the author of Who Am I?: A guide to finding and pursuing your purpose in life and multiple works dealing with venture start-up and growth. Her publications are used in training programs, academic institutions and economic development agencies nationally and internationally. She has helped thousands through her work and volunteer efforts with individuals of all ages and offers one of the most innovative learning programs to help individuals at any age to "get it, want it and go for it".

Her contributions and impact to the field of positive human development, entrepreneurship and economic growth have earned her numerous praises including Women in Business Champion by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and awards for Excellence in Business Services, Enterprising Woman of the Year, Women's Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, Outstanding Woman in Media, Self-Made Person of the Year and Above and Beyond in Youth Leadership.
