Solution:

The Institute authored and published a textbook and established and taught an accredited college course curriculum for developing management skills among child care owners and managers. The Institute also created a secure online student forum to facilitate additional learning among students, professors and program stakeholders.

Solution:

The Institute developed a comprehensive workforce database and analysis model that established a standardized set of terminologies by which to align high tech workforce demands with supply. Deliverables included capturing skill set demands, hard/soft skill set supplies and skill set training characteristics in real time to ensure a balance of skill set demand and supply over the long term through direct and outsourcing employment applications.
